We appreciate any change in role can be both exciting and daunting at the same time which is why we thought it would be useful to explain our recruitment process step-by-step.

Step 1 - Application

For advertised positions we ask that you complete our online application form and submit this together with an up to date copy of your CV. On receipt of this information your application will be automatically acknowledged.  You will hear from us further within 5 days of the closing date of the advertised position.

If you don’t see a position that meets your current needs then why not register your interest on our current vacancies page so we can keep you informed of any positions we have available in the future.

For more general enquiries, or if you are unable to complete the application form on-line, please e-mail and our HR team will be in touch as soon as they can to help answer your questions.

Step 2 – First Interview

If your application for a position is successful, we will invite you to join us for a first interview. Depending on the position you are applying for, this could consist of a telephone interview, video conference call, submission of a video clip or a direct face to face interview. During the process you also will be expected to undergo basic literacy, numeracy and accuracy tests together with some other practical and visual tests.  We will inform you at the end of the first interview when to expect feedback and the details of the next part of the process.

Step 3 – Second Interview

If you are successful at the first stage, we will invite you back for a second interview where you will meet different members of the team. You would be expected to undergo relevant tests for the role such as sample assembly work, group problem solving tasks, or presentations. In addition to these we would expect to hold further face to face meetings with you and where possible give you a tour of our manufacturing facility. For some of our production roles, it may be relevant for screening purposes to carry out some of the skills tests at the first interview.

We will inform you again at the end of the second interview when to expect feedback from us.

Step 4 – Welcome to the team

The recruitment process is only part of your journey with us. If successful, we will work with you on creating your induction programme to ensure that we help build the foundations of your success with us. And it doesn’t stop there; we will be working with you on your continuous performance development and ensuring that your journey with us continues to be fulfilling and rewarding.
